Cardington Class Reunion of 1974
Welcome to the 35 th Class Reunion of the Cardington Class of 1974
The Class Reunion will be a two day event held the 14th and 15th of August of
2009. The 14th is going to be a dinner held in a throw back to the 15 year reunion
held at The Legion Hall at 307 Park Street in Cardington. Thanks to the
contributions of classmates the catered meals will be provided for.If you can pay it is greatly appreciated
There will be an open bar for people who wish to engage in a beverage or two while sharing
days gone by and how life has unfolded for them. The door will open at 6pm on
the 14th and it will close at midnight. The plan is for the dinner part to take place
at 7:30 pm, so please try to be there by 7:15 at the latest. If you can not, do not be
derailed by time. We want everyone to attend. Ladies, if you have a special
desert you like to prepare, feel free to bring it.
The 15th, a Saturday; will be an informal meeting in the Park in Cardington from
10 am until the Park closes. BBQ and people bring stuff that they like. It will be
fun. We aren't getting any younger and for some this will be the last get together.
I am hoping you will join in and make it Special. I know it can be.
Contributions can be sent to Dennis Thompson at 2901 Forest Edge Drive,
Deltona, Florida 32725 DLT1580@yahoo.com Money left over will be used to
send flowers to classmates families should there be a passing as well as cards etc.

• I am trying to get people to send family pictures from high school to the
present. If people will do this I will make DVD's and we will bring in a TV so
people can view the movie I will make. Every Classmate attending will receive
one that night. People who are interested, but can not attend will receive one
upon request. Evelyn Bronson Sullivan has a lot of contribution involved in the
Reunion as does Ron Joan. The three of us as well as anyone else who wishes to
will take pictures. Perhaps if someone has a video Camera we can tape some of
the Master of Ceremonies and interview people. Once I have all of that material,
I will make a movie and put that on DVD and send it to everyone interested. I
need pictures. If you can not email them, just send them to me and I will scan
them and send them back to you. To make this work, everyone has to help a
little. I look forward to your contributions and hopefully we will see everyone
there. Anyone that was ever in our class is welcome. Your spouses of course are
welcome. It would not be the same without them.
